We're sorry to hear you're considering cancelling your membership. Before you go, we'd love to understand your reasons and see if there's anything we can do to support you. We genuinely value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve your experience with us.

Our Policy:

Each membership has its own minimum commitment period as outlined in the individual membership agreement. If you choose to cancel before your commitment period ends, an early cancellation fee will apply in accordance with your membership terms.

Once your minimum commitment has been completed, 14 days' notice is required to cancel. Any scheduled membership payments within this notice period will still be processed as normal.
