Through our online TMO App (but in a VIP group) you will have a daily habit tracker of NINE amazing habits. I will calculate your macros and help show you how much and what you should be eating. I will provide an EXTENSIVE recipe book of breakfast, lunch, dinner meals as well as high protein snacks! There will be a weekly online forum, weekly check ins and 1:1 feedback from me each week plus a supportive Accountability forum where we can share wins, challenges and more!
