Here, we hope we can answer all your questions to help you get you into your first class!


  • Firstly..SO good you are ready to try your first class! You can have a good read up on all of our classes here and the answer is going to depend on what you have done before and what your experience is.

    However, as a basic rule we would recommend starting with our lower intensity classes Move Lean or Move Well.

    But remember - our coaches will look after you in your first class. All our classes have three scaling options. We call them Sweat, Perform and Compete. These modifications include movement alternatives, lower rep options and lighter weights. It’s our way of making our classes really individualised in a group class environment!

    If you live locally you can book in for a free trial class by heading over to our drop in page, choosing the class you want to attend and typing FREEBIE into the promo code!

  • Booking into class is essential. We like to have the class set up and ready for you to make it the best experience you have ever had in the gym! We sometimes have waitlists so a booking system is the best way to go for everyone! let’s book!

    If you are visiting on holidays and are not looking to try out for a memberships please purchase a drop in pass :)

  • Coming through the door for the first time can be scary, but don’t worry we are here to help you slide in comfortably!

    When you arrive, come straight to the coach. They will show you where to sign in and put your things. Bring a towel and a water bottle - we will cover the rest!

  • Grab a one class drop in!

    Grab a 3 class pass for our group sessions, or if you think you’ll come to more sessions, the best option is a Week Unlimited Pass. That will give you unlimited classes for 7 days and use of our open gym!

    Drop in for an open gym session - remember - this is your own training. Or grab a pack of three if you’re on holiday! Want to come in even more? Grab a casual open gym week pass!

  • ABSOLUTELY! We know working out with kids is hard..We have a dedicated area for our kiddos which is supervised for our 9:15am class Monday to Friday! The creche is included in our memberships and is $5 for non members. You can book in via your app once you are a member or buy a creche pass or pack of passes from here -

  • Nope! We don’t belong to anyone! Cal Foster our Head Coach and Founder once competed professionally as a Crossfitter however there are some parts of Crossfit that we don’t do. We have designed our own programs that combine the best of all the methodologies! Read about them here!
