Move Lean:

The Strength & Conditioning class. The bread and butter of overall fitness. Our Move Lean sessions and programs are designed to develop the two most important fitness components for health & longevity building and maintaining Lean Muscle Mass & Improving your Cardiovascular Health 

Move Fast:

Our high intensity class, specifically designed to develop your cardiovascular health and capacity. Our workouts are programmed to challenge your fitness across a wide range of training stimulus using a variety of equipment. Expect anything from ergs to barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and everything in between. From AMRAPs to EMOMS, short sprint to longer grinds! Get ready to move fast, have fun, get sweaty and get after it!

Move Well:

Move Well is our strength biased program. Here we take the time to focus our attention around our main compound lifts whilst utilising variations of these across our sessions and programs to develop a broad & balanced foundation of strength. 

Designed not only to improve your overall strength & build lean muscle mass Move Well gives the opportunity to develop your education & knowledge of yourself.Move Core:

This program is designed to increase strength and endurance of the posterior chain (your butt) and midline which will not only give you those those “booty gainz“ but also have carry over to all our main lifts, helping to strengthen and stabilise!

WEEKEND WARRIOR:

Our COMMUNITY event. Join us every Saturday to throw down for an epic time, followed up by heading over for a coffee and post class catch up. Soaking up all the good vibes & getting your weekend off to an absolute banger start.
