Our strength and conditioning classes combines weight training elements such as squats, bench press and deadlifts followed by a metabolic conditioning session to help build and maintain lean muscle, increase strength, metabolism and overall fitness levels. High intensity, high heart rate, high calorie burn. Functionally Fit classes combine resistance training, body weight exercises and running to put your overall fitness to the test. Expect a challenge, but the feeling of achievement and the endorphin rush is worth it at the end! Anyone welcome, no booking needed. On Friday's we take it LOW INTENSITY - this class incorporates area specific, low intensity functional movements to improve your strength and mobility.
