Strength and conditioning is a style of exercise training that improves multiple areas of strength and fitness .
Our strength and conditioning classes combines weight training elements such as squats, bench press and deadlifts followed by a metabolic conditioning session to help build and maintain lean muscle, increase strength, metabolism and overall fitness levels.

High intensity interval training, is a circuit class based on functional movements performed at a number of stations, where you will complete as man reps ads possible in a given time followed by a short rest before the next station.
HIIT training is designed to keep your heart rate up and boost your metabolism, meaning you will be burning fat for hours after the workout.
HIIT CARDIO : Designed to increase your overall cardio fitness level. From sprints to speed bag your whole body will feel the workout
HIIT BODYWEIGHT : Increase your mobility, flexibility and test your stamina. From bear crawls to ape squats you will jumping around like an animal.
HIIT BOXING : Strength, speed & agility in a boxing style class. We pump the inspiring tunes and get sweaty.
HIIT STRENGTH : Designed to build strength through high rep resistance training. From back squats to bench press get toned in this class.
Functional Fitness is a High Intensity Functional exercise class where anything goes from bodyweight to barbells.
RPM™is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories.
With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
