Located in Dunsborough, Western Australia - The Movements team of experienced coaches offer functional training methods that encapsulate the demands of life allowing us to perform various daily tasks with greater strength, power and efficiency.

We are a community driven gym that caters for all fitness levels. If someone wants to come in and get fit and healthy - that’s the fitness level we cater for. So from absolute beginners, to athletes, to everyone in between. We provide the space and the knowledge form our coaches so we can help you! get in touch!


Are you looking to come to a casual class? If it is a Functionally Fit Class feel free to come along without booking! Just arrive 5/10 minutes early so we can get you signed in! If you are looking at coming to our Strength and Conditioning classes, please book by texting Shelby on 0417998688, we do require some experience for these classes.

Whether it be to build strength or to lose body fat, after our chat we will steer you in the right direction to one of our trainers - the one that is right for you! Then together, they will create a program just for you!
